Pre-Press Services Our pre-press services are performed by third generation specialists with tremendous color-reproduction experience. We also, can facilitate your efforts to organize, search, share, customize, track and control digital image files—we’ll even route them to publications for national advertising. Large Press and Bindery Our state-of-the-art, meticulously maintained, Heidelberg sheet-fed presses print materials such as annual reports, announcements, brochures, manuals, stationery, presentation folders, magazines, catalogs and art reprints. A full-range of in-house bindery services including cutting, folding, gluing and stitching are provided to complete the project. High Definition Printing In High Definition screening, tiny spots of ink spread randomly throughout the image surface in varied densities. Our computer-to-plate screening capabilities can increase the typical 175-line screen ruling to an effective resolution of over 1,200 line screen equivalent. The result is a sharper image with finer details and near continuous tone quality. Variable Data Printing Variable Data Printing is a form of digital printing in which text, graphics, images and other elements can be altered from one printed piece to the next. This enables the personalization of products which achieve higher response rates in direct mail programs. In addition, this process allows the customer to utilize personalized URLs leading to micro-sites which enhance the client relationship as well as track responses. Fulfillment Our In-house fulfillment service allows a project, upon completion, to be packaged and distributed based on requests received via website, email, fax or phone. We offer both national and international shipping via FedEx, UPS, DHL Express, and USPS, all with same day shipping for orders received by 4:00 pm. A helpful Account Executive monitors tracking and customers can access real-time production and delivery through a convenient internet portal. Printing Management Our collection of conventional and digital equipment and fulfillment services enable us to provide a total print management solution. We not only produce, store, pick and pack orders, but we can handle any CD-DVD replication services and provide specialty kitting for marketing materials, seminars, tradeshows or presentations. In the process we always evaluate your consumption and inventory status to identify opportunities to utilize our large press format to gang run your materials to reduce costly make-readies. Storage/Inventory Control We provide secure, climate-controlled onsite storage for customer inventory. Inventories are managed using our real-time database which produces customized reports for greater inventory control. Our online ordering-and-tracking system provides customers with the opportunity to personally enter and monitor their orders. Direct Marketing Whitley’s Direct Marketing services incorporate conventional and print-on-demand (color or b/w) technologies including DVDI for the production of marketing materials, as well as personalized presentations and training manuals. We also provide electronic document storage and distribution and specialize. This includes direct imprinting, labeling, and insertion (hand matching or fully automated). Database Management We can assist in creating a database of clients and prospects whether you’re starting from scratch or building upon an existing database. These services include facilitating response management as well as consistent database-updating. We can even help you find ways to utilize your database to make your printed communications more effective.
