Preflighting
We’ll thoroughly inspect your job to eliminate any problems that might occur on-press, such as image resolution, fonts, CMYK images, bleeds, and PMS colors.
Color-Certified Digital Proofing
This unique, time-saving solution ensures that each proof—regardless of location or point in the printing process—produces uniform output with accurate, certified color. Merging technology and rigid certification standards from ColorSciences—the industry leader in color calibration and control technology—this system provides process control measurement checkpoints throughout the workflow to ensure color accuracy from digital file to printed page. The Color-Certified Process includes four key elements:
- Color-Certified Proofing—Allows proofs (from Whitley and our customers) to be inspected, approved or color corrected over the Web by ColorSciences experts.
- Color-Certified Press—This color measurement and process control system monitors real-time spectral measurements taken press-side and then recommends corrections to quickly bring the press up to color.
- Color-Certified Plates—Verifies the accuracy of plate curves or linear scale to match press conditions, resulting in stable and verifiable plates with fewer remakes.
- Color-Certified Services—Expertise and support from ColorSciences experts that includes training, installation, online process control, data reporting, and diagnostics to maintain end-to-end color fidelity.
