Whitley’s focus on providing total solutions for our customers means that what traditionally have been narrowly focused, separate operations (like fulfillment or distribution) are now part of our Total Printing Management system—print, fulfill, package and ship—all on demand, all online.
Storage/Inventory Control
Secure, climate-controlled onsite storage for your finished (or unfinished) printing, managed via online access to a real-time database—you can personally order, track, and monitor your inventory and the project’s production.
Fulfillment
Your project can be completed and packaged based on requests we receive via the Web, e-mail, fax, or phone. Both automated and hand work operations provide services like pick-and-pack, CD/DVD replication services, and specialized “kitting” for marketing materials, seminars, tradeshows, etc.
Shipping
We offer domestic and international shipping via all major carriers and same day shipping on orders received by 4 p.m. CST. A tracking-dedicated account executive is available to help and you can track your shipment through our Internet portal.
Direct Mail Marketing Services
Whitley can bring customized services to bear on your direct marketing challenges. In addition to conventional print and Print-on-Demand services (including DVDI), we also provide electronic document storage and distribution as well as finishing and mailing services, including direct imprinting, labeling, and insertion (hand-finished or fully automated).
Database Management
We can help you maintain, update, or expand your existing customer/client databases or help you build them from scratch. We can even help you discover ways to use your databases to maximize your print communication budget.
